RETURNS

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original order's arrival date. Please email contact@kifinds.com the following: 1. Your order number. 2. The item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.  

REFUNDS

For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Standard US: 7 to 10 business days 

Expedited US: 3 to 5 business days 

Overnight US: 1 to 2 business days
