About Ki

I credit fashion magazines like Essence, YM and Vogue for sparking my interest in fashion.  My mom had a subscription to Essence and I would always steal her magazines and read them over and over. I begged her for my own subscriptions and whatever I wasn't subscribed to, I would use my lunch money and purchase it from the drug store.

My career in fashion spans over 15 years.  It all started with an internship in a small NY showroom working with multiple high-end brands. Things took off quickly when I was hired full time to manage the international accounts for denim brand, Rock & Republic. Sales proved to be my niche! I have helped to develop small brands such as Matta NY and worked with other premium denim brands like Joe's Jeans. I've also worked for children’s brands and intimate apparel company, Spanx.
After years of being asked “Can you help me find….?” Or, "Where did you find...?"  I decided it was time to launch a site where I can share all of my favorite "finds"!  Every month I'll create a capsule collection of items I'm loving. In addition, I co-host a bi-weekly show called "Talk Fashion" where we share fashion tips for the everyday woman.
I am also proud to host monthly pop-up shops entitled, The Noir Shoppes.  I thoughtfully select business owners to showcase their goods and services to the Atlanta community.  Check the Events page for more info.
